Goals

Have you ever heard that you’re more likely to accomplish goals if you write them down?

Well, it’s true. Actually they’ve done studies to research this phenomenon and found that when you write down your goals you are 21% more likely to achieve them.

So this is me writing my goals…

Education/Career

  1. Get my Family Nurse Practitioner Degree (December 2018)
  2. Become a certified orthopedic NP
  3. Join global health project and begin my global health work (someday do at least a trip a year)

Health

  1. Hike a really tall mountain
  2. Run another half marathon
  3. Go to the gym at least 3 days/wk

Family

  1. Buy a home (Next 5 years)
  2. Have babies (5…haha if Sean lets me)
  3. Learn to iron (yes, this is real) (12/31/17)
  4. Learn to sew (next 5 years, once school is over!)

Spiritual

  1. Become a great gospel doctrine teacher (not super specific, but still something i’m working on!)
  2. Read the BoM before the year is done (12/31/17)
  3. Attend the temple once a month (12/31/17)

Miscellaneous

  1. Travel to visit my many friends that I haven’t seen in a long time!! (again not specific, but still a goal)
  2. Visit Peru with Sean
  3. Learn Spanish (5 years)
